• You may use WearCast for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including wardrobe items and account details.
• You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

• Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Apple.
• Prices, trials, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
• WearCast may verify signed StoreKit subscription transactions for your account so premium access, saved-look limits, scan limits, and wardrobe limits work consistently when signed in.
• Premium availability may depend on your account, device, region, and App Store product configuration.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being used abusively or unlawfully.

• WearCast provides informational outfit recommendations only.
• Recommendations may be incomplete, imperfect, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
• You remain responsible for your own clothing, comfort, safety, and weather decisions.
• Features may change, improve, or be removed over time.

• You retain rights to the photos and wardrobe information you submit.
• You give us permission to process that content as needed to operate, improve, and secure WearCast.
• You should not upload content you do not have permission to use.

We try to keep WearCast available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or permanent availability of any specific feature.

You may stop using WearCast at any time. You may also delete your account from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with legal obligations.

WearCast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
